He is survived by: his children, Joseph Steven Sika of Canfield, Leah Toth (Charles) of Poland, Gregory Sika (Melissa) of New Albany and David Sika (Alicia) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Jacob, Mitchell, Samantha, Katie and Caleb; and his siblings, Mary Ann Rogers and Atty.
