He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Petrunia and Anne Petrunia (Zubrick); his wife Joyce Petrunia (McGinty); and his brothers, Robert, Donald, David and John Petrunia.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Petrunia (Lisa) of Pittsburgh and Brian Petrunia (Catherine) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah, Nicholas, William and David Petrunia; and his sister Marian Nalepa (Paul) of Parkman, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel (1884 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (2532 Burton St SE, Warren, OH 44484).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joe's name to Shepherd of the Valley in Poland Ohio.
