He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Gollner Majzik; his children, Jennifer Majzik of Westerville and Richard Majzik of Westerville; his grandchildren, Jessica and Austin Burchinal; and his siblings, Barbara Medzie of Savannah, GA, Thomas Majzik of Youngstown, James Majzik of Youngstown, William Majzik (Leia) of Youngstown and Paula McArthur (George) of Garfield Heights.
