He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Jethrow Sr. and Earlean Butler Collins; and his brothers, David L. and Michael Jethrow. He is survived by: his daughter Earlean L. Jethrow of Warren; his sisters, Evelyn Williams of Warren, Nanci Jethrow of Warren and Sally Hubbert (Tommy) of Warren; and his grandchildren, Ryshionna and Rylaisha Powell.
