He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Illencik and Anna Illencik (Murphy); his wife Lorine "Ginger" Cox; and his sister Bernice Grybos. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Hughes (John), Cindy Illencik of Poland and Joe Illencik (Sue) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Melissa, John Hughes, Joe and Lauren Illencik; his great grandchild Natalie Hughes; and his siblings, Marie Higley (Tom) of Elyria and Tom Illencik of Mineral Ridge.
