He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. and Gloria V. Duganne (Lucente). He is survived by: his wife Julie B. (Jones); his children, Joseph L., Jason Weiser (Rachel George), Holly Garzanich (Jason) and Andrew Weiser; and his grandchildren, Emma Garzanich, Makenzie Garzanich and Abigail Garzanich.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley or Hospice of the Valley.
