He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. and Patricia Thurik, Sr. (Campbell); and his sister Judith Aurelio. He is survived by: his wife Meagan (Przybylski); his sons, John Thurik III (Lauren) and Zachery Thurik; his stepchildren, Mikayla Przybylski and Danny Przybylski (Caitria); and his sisters, Diane Bayley (Walter) and Denise Thurik (Tim Bender). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and his faithful dog.
