He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis and Eldena Hoffman Holquist. He is survived by: his wife Mary Staydohar Holquist; his children, Patty Nesbitt (Reynold) and Harold Lipscomb (Patty); his siblings, Lou Holquist (Gail), George Holquist, Tanya Bernard (Tony) and Eldena Herrion; his pet Rosemary; his daughter Donna Burkholder; his son-in-law Larry Burkholder; his sister Cheryl Davis; his sisters-in-law, Anna Saunders and Eleanor Holquist; and his close friend Larry Ladigo. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
