He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Siembieda and Patricia Kunovic Siembieda; and his father-in-law Joe Patrone. He is survived by: his wife Dana Patrone Siembieda; his daughters, Nichole Siembieda of Youngstown and Ashley Craddick (Adam) of Columbus; his sister Barb McHale (Patrick) of Canfield; and his grandchildren, RJ, Kenleigh, Dean and Elizabeth.
