He is survived by: his children, Nikole Lynsky of Michigan, Richard Hoffman (Tabitha) of Boardman, Mark Hoffman (Robyn Bird) of New Castle and Lauri Johnson of Aurora; his grandchildren, Skyler Pinkerton, Samantha Hoffman, Hayden Hoffman, Clayton Hoffman, Adam Lipply, Jordan Johnson and Grace Johnson; his great grandchildren, Talulah Lipply, Silas Lipply, Izaiah Lamp and Alana Lamp; his siblings, Paul Leskovyansky (Collette), Susan Freeman (Donald) and Mark Leskovyansky; his former wife Karen Schwarz; and his niece Victoria.
