He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Cody" Kodash and Anna Marie DeMichael Kodash. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ruscak Kodash; his daughters, Melanie Kodash (Aaron Olson) of Clayton and Missy Peters (Christian) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his pets, Cooper and Winston; and his sister-in-law Bunny Vickers (Rick) of Austintown. He is also survived by several extended family members and many friends.
