He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Beggs and Margaret Beggs (Branagan); his brother Michael Terlesky; and his stepfathers, Michael Terlesky and William Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Beggs (Krupa); his children, John Brian, Matthew (Cristina), Terri Fabian (Jason) and Erin Conway (Ted); and his siblings, Roberta Tornello (Chris), Susan Verostko (Joe), Karen Thomas (Doug), Bill Mason (Kathy), Daniel Mason (Alona), Kathryn Michiels (Ken), Patrick Mason and Ellen Mentzer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
John was one of the leaders in the Sure Foundation Music Ministry and was involved with several prayer groups and healing ministries.
