She is survived by: her children, Dr. Anthony Hayek (Angela) of Fairlawn, Renee Jackintelle of Weston and Christopher Hayek of Miramar; and her grandchildren, Christina, Ellia, Anthony, Rocco, Gianna and Christopher.
