With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann Trebus (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 10, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland Ellinger and Signe Ellinger (Seaburg); her husband Martin Trebus; and her sisters, Delores McKenna, June Getch and Shirley Martinko.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Getic (Gary Underwood) of Austintown, Martin Trebus (Diane) of Holliday and Scott Trebus (Lisa) of Tomball, Texas; and her grandchildren, Thomas Getic, Jesse Getic, Alison Eastman (Russ), Michele Trebus and Haley Trebus. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two cats.

Because of Joann¹s love for animals, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to Animal Charity, 4140 Market St.,.
