She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Franklin Foster and Ruth Foster (Johnson); her children, Ann Cicero (John) of Newton Falls, Lawrence Kacenga (Karen) of Poland and Michael Kacenga (Kathy) of Moorseville, NC; her grandchildren, Summer Wasko (Dan) of Lordstown, Briana Cicero-Johns (Scott) of Wooster, Craig Cicero (Emily) of Red Rock, AZ, Lauren Schneider (Dom) of New Albany and Gabriel Kacenga of Moorseville, NC; her half-brothers, Franklin Foster (Christina) of Texas, Robert Foster of Pittsburgh and John Wardle (Rachel) of Mingo Junction; her cousin Barbara Jean Kessler; her friend Marion Goske; and her sister Dolores Scharf.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests material contributions take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
