She is survived by: her children, Mary Jean Polkovitch (Larry) of Canfield, Janet Kozlow (James) of Poland, Frank Dascenzo (Michele) of Canfield and James Dascenzo (Christina) of Canfield; her grandchildren, Amy Harman (Andrew) of Dublin, Daniel Polkovitch (Elizabeth) of Upper Arlington, James Kozlow (Alison) of Hinsdale, IL, Alyssa Pagoria (Nicholas) of Chicago, Nicole Dascenzo of Washington, D. C., Michael Dascenzo of Canfield, Gina Dascenzo of Canfield, Anthony Dascenzo of Canfield, Nicolas Dascenzo of Canfield and Alayna Pressler (Nathan) of Upper Arlington; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Cooper Harman, Charlie, Isabelle Polkovitch, Claire and James Kozlow; and her nephew Thomas Mucci (Kimberly) of Poland.
