She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Butchko and Elizabeth Carach Butchko; her former husband John A. Petrolla; her husband Edward "Rubo" Sivecz; and her sister Loretta Butchko Angeloff.
She is survived by: her children, Constance Petrolla Scott (Tom) of Naples, FL, Deborah A. Petrolla Meyer (Ken) of Erie, PA, John R. Petrolla (Donna) of Cleveland, OH, Denise L. Petrolla Aey (Ed) of Boardman, OH and Renee J. Petrolla (Doug); and her siblings, Daniel Butchko of Youngstown, OH and Carolyn Carach Horvatich of Big Spring, TX. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.
