She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Woloszyn and Nellie Bozek Woloszyn; her husband Alan W. Herbert; and her sons, Alan and Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick, Gerald (Mary Ann) and Carol Loree (Mike). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
