He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy H. Murphey and Lois H. Rice Murphey; his friend Leeda; and his brothers, Dale and Lee Murphey. He was also cherished by four nieces; 10 great-nephews and great-nieces; five great-great-nephews and great-great-nieces.
