It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James O. Cline of Youngstown, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cline and Dorothy Cline; and his daughter-in-law Angela Cline. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cline of Florence, KY; his sons, Brian Cline of Canton and Scott Cline of Morgantown, WV; his grandson Patrick Cline of Morgantown, WV; and his brother John Cline (Phyllis) of Oakpark, IL..

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Saint Joan of Arc School.

“For numerous years I worked in the same industry as Jim Cline, and always looked forward to seeing him at conventions, conferences & etc. Then eventually we worked for the same company, and I always enjoyed his friendly banter, jokes, stories & repartee. I will always have many fond memories of this young man, who is my age per the obituary......and here I always thought he was my 'elder'.....ha!! Prayers & love to ALL his family.
