He was predeceased by: his father John Mentzer; his stepdaughter Kimberly Ramun; and his brother John Mentzer (Janine) of Canfield. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Mentzer (Shaffer); his wife Sally Motz; his stepson Dave Ramun (Tammy) of Campbell; his grandchildren, Rebecca Ramun (Ty Jefferson), Jordan Ramun, Samantha Ramun and Alyssia Kuzan; his great grandchild Ty "Junie"; and his nephew Jeff Jr. (Danielle).
