He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Hale and Ione Hale (Hoover). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hale (Green); his children, Gary Hale, Sandy Ulicney (Jon), Terry Chappell (John) and Barbara Ivey (Rob); and his sister Marge Spatafore.
