He was predeceased by: his parents, George Borak and Virginia Borak (McCarius); and his sisters, Jean Borak and Gerry Murtha. He is survived by: his wife Emmalyn Cecelia Smith of Canfield; his children, Barbara Sheetz (Randall), George Borak (Sheree), Beverly Caldwell (Carl), James Borak (Dawn), John Borak, Jeffrey Borak (Tracy) and Joe Borak (Carol); his sisters, Louise Miller and Virginia Burwig (Babe); his grandchildren, Tyler, Brady, Cody Sheetz, Matthew, Megan, Allyssa Borak, Julia, Owen Caldwell, DeAnna, Michael Harrington, Christian, McKenna, Carson Borak, Paige, Justin, Ally Borak, Avery, Audrey and Aaron Borak; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Borak, Daphnee De La Torre and Zachary Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
