He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. and Loretta G. Smith Beil, Sr.; his significant other Roseann Lyden; his children, Rosemarie Jay (Leo), James Beil, Colleen Beil, Joseph Beil (Nicki), Thomas Beil (Andrea) and Kevin Beil (Colleen); his brothers, Robert Beil (Susan) and Jerome Beil (Kathy); his son Charles Jerome Beil; and his brother William Beil. He was also cherished by eighteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
