With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Ann Leschinsky (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on August 14, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jane Uvena (Perry) and Sam Uvena; and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Uvena, Cathy Leschinsky, John Leschinsky and David Ladigo.

She is survived by: her husband George Albert Leschinsky; and her brothers, John and James Uvena. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and great nephews.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the Ohio Chapter of the Scleroderma Foundation.
