She is survived by: her parent Anna Benya Bush; her children, Richard Hornyak (Paula Phelps) of Coitsville, Christine Hornyak (Hobie Butcher) of Salem and Carolyn Kirchner of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bryan of Salem, Christopher Bryan of Canfield and Erin Coppock (Adam) of Canfield; her sisters, Margaret Franklin of Girard and Kathy Coppola (Donald) of Struthers; and her husband Edward C. Hornyak. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, and wife.
