He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Williams and Velma Horger Williams; his wife Eileen V. Koneski; his daughters, Susan L. Spencer (David) of Newark, OH, Linda M. Lockiec (Conrad) of Boardman, Karen S. Young (Roy) of Eden Utah and Cheryl Balog of Campbell; his sister Mary Eleanor Stephan; his grandchildren, Kristy Farkas (Jared), Kenneth Kelso, Megan Howell, Annie Howell, Wayne Young, Andrew Young, Jennifer Balog and David Balog (Kelly); and his siblings, Louise Manley and Robert A. Williams. He was also cherished by three great-granddaughters and his cherished dogs.
