He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Conley and Lina Conley (Riffle); his sister Helen Conley; and his son-in-law Randy Vegso. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lockard; his children, Kathy Vegso of Canfield, Janet Conley of Columbiana, Amy Knauf of Canfield and Jerry Conley of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Jeff Vegso (Courtnie), Erin Dickey (Kyle), Hannah and Hunter Knauf; his great grandchild Claire Dickey; and his sister Kathelene Conrad of Burnsville, WV. He is also survived by his 2 nieces and other extended family.
