He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Doug Hall of Youngstown and Jeff Hall of Guardian, WV; and his siblings, Roger of Nokesville, VA, Raleigh of Buckhannon, WV, Carolyn Smith of Dunbar, WV, Patricia Cochran of Guardian, WV and Marlene Williamson of Franklin, TN..
