He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Kostrzewa and Anne Szymczyk Kostrzewa. He is survived by: his wife Marcianne Dishong; his brother Walter Kostrzewa Jr. (Mary Ann) of Boardman; his sister-in-law Elaine O'Brien of Ocean Springs, MS; and his nieces and nephews, Walter Kostrzewa III, Stephanie Deaton, Liz Mulroney, Andrew, Pat and Dan O'Brien. He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.
