She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Slingoff and Francis Hoag Slingloff Bentley; her husband Richard; her sister Donna Patterson (Gordon); her parents-in-law, Joseph and Margie Hellman; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Hellman.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Jr. of Canfield, James (Delores) of Poland and John of Boardman; her grandchildren, Joseph Hellman, Nicholas Hellman (Kelly), Jennifer Hudak (Joseph), Lindsay Hellman (Steve Thomas) and Dustin Hellman; and her great grandchildren, Leah, Sophia, Alex Hudak, Rose and Nora Hellman. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
