She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clark and Margaret Vencil Clark; her husband Donald Evans; and her siblings, Dorothy Vari, Stella Thompson, Perl "Ed" Clark, Elgin Clark and Elmer Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Evans (Debbie) of Youngstown and Dennis Evans (Karen) of Las Cruces, NM; her granddaughters, Valerie Evans of Holiday, FL and Amanda Evans of Youngstown; and her pets, Ellie and Minnie.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
