It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Danielle Jones of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Lynne Jones; and her grandmother Mary Lou Washington. She is survived by: her parents, Benjamin Patmon and Carolyn Washington; her partner Lesslee E. Poindexter of Youngstown; her children, Sade'M. of Youngstown, Sierra M. of Youngstown and Mariah L. Poindexter of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Eden, Eli, Milani and Cairo; her daughters, Tierra Dunwoody (Mike) of Columbus, Jassmine Poindexter of North Carolina and Mischa Jones of Youngstown; and her siblings, Leah Jones of Youngstown, Marcus Rutledge of Youngstown and Jocelyn Patmon of Youngstown.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (1507 Hillman St, Youngstown, OH 44507).
