She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sheen and Nellie Sheen (Wilms); her former husbands, Elmer Pollock and Donald Rinard; her husband Randall Nicholas; her children, Richard Rinard, Elmer "Ike" Pollock (Sally Pollock), Sandra and Sharon; and her siblings, Donald Sheen, Blanche Dudley, Margeret Delp, Ruth Schmidt, Ester Wilson, Carl Sheen, George Sheen, Paul Sheen, Iona Cloyd and Charles Sheen.
She is survived by: her children, Tricia Floyd of Youngstown, Carol Odem (Michael) of Salem and Randy Nicholas of Austintown. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Those wishing to assist the family with Hazel's final expenses may call the funeral home at 330-332-5139 to make a donation. In lieu of flowers or trees, the family will be planting their own trees in Hazel's memory.
