Hoover of Youngstown, Ohio, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoover and Violet Nicholson Hoover; his son Jesse Hoover; and his siblings, Bobby Adams and Shelby Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Alice L. McNeely Hoover; his siblings, Phyllis Holloway (Charles) of Carlisle, Harriet Durham (Jerry) of Carlisle, Paul Hoover (Michele Devore) of Carlisle, Alechia Jenkins of Carlisle and Alvin Hoover (Diane) of Glen Burnie, MD; and his brothers-in-law, Clarence McNeely (Patty) of Fowler and Eddie McNeely of Youngstown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
