It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Elaine Kelley (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Atan Tinsley, and Herbert G. W. Tinsley, Sr.; her sister Joyce D. Cox; and her great-nephew Richard Villanueva. She is survived by: her daughter Tavia Atan Kelley; her granddaughter T'Andria Bethel; her great grandchild TayVion Beale of Columbus, OH; her nephew Ed Cox; her niece Elizabeth Cox; her brother Herbert G. W. Tinsley Jr.; her nephew Little Herbie'; her great-niece Tonisha Villanueva; her caregivers, Anne and Jones; and also Trinnity.
