She is survived by: her grandchild German; her daughters, Tammy M. Chmelik (Kirk) and Petra A. Walsh (Marc Centofanti); her sister Ingrid Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Johnny Walsh, Brianna Patoray, Jenna Chmelik, Ashley Chmelik and Sophia Franks.
