He is survived by: his wife Fardous; his children, Neal Atway (Suha) of Cary, Nadia Rasul (Bassam) of Hilliard, Ohio, Nadwa Saleh (Ali) of Kuwait City, Kuwait and Nader Atway (Ayam) of Canfield; and his siblings, Walid Atway (Samira), Atif Atway (Wafa) of Fort Meyers, Florida, Omar Atway (Linda), Wadad Jadallah (Khalid) of Coistville, Ohio, Itaf Ally (Sadallah) of Liberty Township, Ibtisam Ahmad (Ahmad) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nihayeh Mansour (Azzam) of Fairfax Station, Virginia, Nuha Awad (Khaled) and Samar Mansour (Ashraf) of Memphis, Tennessee. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
