She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Lencyk (Lawrence) and Scott Roche (Kathy); her grandsons, Brian Lencyk (Amanda) and Lawrence Lencyk Jr. (Caroline); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Evan, Mila and Ryan.
