She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Phillips and Grace Lewis Phillips; her sons, Anthony and Michael McClendon; her siblings, Grace Hammonds, Samuel and Richard Phillips; and her granddaughter Danielle Joyce Nicole McClendon.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick N. McClendon of Denver, CO and Benjamin McClendon (Marci Jones) of Youngstown; her daughter-in-law Migdalia "Maggie" McClendon of Boardman; and her grandchild Tawni McClendon. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
