He is survived by: his daughter Meghan Collingwood (Brian C.) of Poland; his sister Laura Pasquale (Ron) of Texas; his sister-in-law Kathy Hamilton of Struthers; his nephew Mark Hamilton; and his grandson Mason Collingwood.
