She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Thomas Sr.; her husband Earlean Nelson; her daughter Freddie Cheirs; and her siblings, Bobbie Marshall, Albert, Leo, Russell, Cleo, Eottis, Nathaniel and Veottis Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvester, Ladonna Nelson (Tubbs) of Youngstown, OH, Sandra (Anthony Stringer) and Earlee (Paula Nelson); her son-in-law William Cheirs of Kansas City, MO; and her sisters, Everlena Thomas and Carolyn Edwards.
