George Franklin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Franklin (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Conway Franklin Cox and George Franklin; his stepfather Charles Cox; and his sisters, Nell Forsythe, Ellen Fitch and Grace Hoffman.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. "Betty" Pavlick; his daughters, Loretta Uroseva (Nick) of Austintown, Colleen Calhoun (Scott) of Erie and Elizabeth "Liz" Fowler (Allan) of Indianapolis, Ind.; his brothers, Thomas Franklin (Sandy) of Inverness, Fla. and Chuck Cox (Doreen) of Lyman, S. C.; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Mark Uroseva, Sean (Marisa Carlone) and Ryan Calhoun.
