He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Banks and Margaret Banks (Conroy); and his sister MaryAnn Banks. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Schmolder; his children, David (Sharon) of Painsville and Amy of Poland; and his siblings, Robert (Patty Miller), Jack (Becky), Michael (Joyce) and Sally Orlosky (Reese). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
