She was predeceased by: her son Timothy W. Hoffman. She is survived by: her son Keith Hoffman (Linda) of Austintown; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hoffman, Kristen Hoffman and Tyler Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Addisyn Lawson and Kason Hoffman; her former husband Jerry W. Hoffman; her husband Joseph D. DiGiovanni Sr.; and also, Stephanie, Tim Seikel, Beverly March and Dr. Nitin K. Patel.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made in Gail's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
