It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Allen Henderson (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Henderson and Margaret Lucille Henderson (Fisher); and his siblings, Robert Henderson and Patricia McElhaney. He is survived by: his daughter Charla Cano of Chandler, Arizonia; and his siblings, Jimmy Henderson of Niles, Betty McElhaney of Arizona, Louise McElhaney of Florida, Clara Sawtelle of Girard and Janet Dolga of Warren.
