It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Dwyer (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas B Driscoll and Sarah McCann Driscoll (Sadie); her husband Raymond Edward Dwyer Jr. (Eddie); her children, Catherine, Terrence (Diana Kay), Timothy (Helene) and Mary Frances Kinneen (John); and her grandchildren, Brian (Christine), Carrie (David), Timothy (Shelly), Jeffrey (Sheila), Stephen Philip (Laurie), Jennifer and Megan. She was also cherished by her 21 great grandchildren.
