It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence E. Hirt of Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabetta Tessari (Menegatti) and Antonio Lelio Tessari; her husband Andrew J. Hirt; her siblings, Palmira, Attilio, Mary, John and Michael; her parents-in-law, Ann (Hirt), Michael DiPrizio, John Hirt, Stanley Frederick (Palmira), Helen Irene Tessari (Dino) and Lois Dianne Tessari (Michael); and her son-in-law David Daugherty.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Daugherty, Andrew M. Hirt (Carol Jean), Thomas J. Hirt (Mary Kay), Suzanne Carney (Kevin), Teresa Aaron (Michael) and Jesse Brandon Collins (Lindy); her brothers, Dino Aldo Tessari and Anthony L. Tessari (Janet); and her sisters-in-law, Diana Tessari (John) and Janet Tessari (Anthony). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, material contributions be made to the charity of your choice in Florence's name.
