Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Florence Carlson (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away at the age of 100, on July 13, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Swan and Emma Swan (Olson); her son Douglas Arthur Carlson; and her siblings, Helen Gustafson, Marian Applequist, Dorothy Noyd, Floyd and Duane Swan.

She is survived by: her husband Arthur Andrew Carlson; her daughter Kathleen Ann Anstrom (Greg) of Boardman; her grandchildren, Shelli Koenig (Justin) of Canton, GA and Jessica Baker (Jim) of Oahu; and her great grandchildren, Ashlynn Mary, Clara Rae, Henry John Koenig and Ansel Lewis Baker.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests material contributions take the form of donations to the Salvation Army .
