He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Christine Chizmar Allison (Garry); his girlfriend Katie Monroe; his children, Joanne, Presley and Michael Kulik; his nieces, Daysie and Madelyn; his half-sister Jessica; his aunts and uncles, David Chizmar (Kathy), Larry Chizmar, Cathy Fercana (George), Vicky Bondy and Joni Chizmar; his father Gary Kulik; his stepfather Joe DeMartino; his half-sister Angela; his grandparents, Larry, Olga Chizmar, Chester and Christine Kulik; and his uncles, Tony and Matt Chizmar. He was also cherished by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church (425 Crestview Dr, Youngstown, OH 44512). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
